A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Gary has been in public accounting since 1982. He became a partner with the firm in 1994 and has been the managing partner since 2008. His areas of professional interest and specialty include personal and business income tax planning and preparation, business auditing, and other small business advisory services. Gary's industry concentrations include agriculture, real estate, retail and transportation.

A graduate of Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, Eric has been in public accounting since 1999. He become a partner with the firm in 2014, and is involved in the firm’s accounting and income tax department. His areas of professional interest include personal, partnership, corporate and farm tax preparation. Eric also dedicates a substantial amount of time to various accounting and tax issues involving the wind industry division of our firm.

Lisa Zmeskal

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Lisa began her professional career in governmental auditing. After ten years in the governmental environment, she entered the public accounting sector in 1998. She became a partner with the firm in 2014, and is responsible for the firm’s audit division and quality control department. Her areas of professional interest and expertise include governmental, non-profit and business auditing; accounting services; and non-profit and personal tax preparation.

A graduate of Dakota State University in Madison, SD, Tamara joined the firm in 2011. She became a partner with the firm in 2022. Her areas of professional interest include personal and business income tax preparation along with governmental, nonprofit, and business auditing.

Patrick Louwagie

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Pat has been in public accounting since 1983. He became a partner with the firm in 1996. His areas of professional interest include personal, partnership, corporate, and estate tax planning and preparation. A significant portion of his work is centered around farm and related agricultural tax planning and assisting businesses as they transitions to the next generation.

A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Barry has been in public accounting since 1981. He became a partner with the firm in 1994. His areas of professional interest and specialty include personal and business income tax preparation, business and governmental auditing. He specializes in Ag planning and tax preparation.

Bill Mulso
A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Bill joined the firm in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. After a successful career in higher education administration his primary responsibility will be working with the partners to oversee the various administrative and business aspects of the firm, including finance and accounting, human resources, technology, communications & marketing.

A graduate of the accounting program at Willmar Community Technical College, Sharon joined the firm in 1983. She is our computer systems administrator and a QuickBooks Professional Advisor. Her areas of professional interest include personal and business income tax preparation, payroll tax and sales tax preparation, as well as financial statement preparation.

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Carlton joined the firm in 2016. He is currently a Manager with the firm. His areas of professional interest include governmental and business auditing and personal, corporate, and partnership tax preparation. Carlton also specializes in the firm's concentration in the hog industry.

Krueger
A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Kyle began his career in governmental auditing. After five years in the government environment, he entered public accounting in 2018. He is currently a Manager with the firm. His areas of professional interest include governmental and business auditing. He is currently studying for the CPA exam.

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Stacy began her career in the private sector tax preparation. She then transitioned into tax software field. She joined the firm in 2021. Her areas of professional interest include personal and business tax preparation.

Miller
A graduate of Nettleton Business College in Sioux Falls, SD, Lynn began her career as an office manager/office accountant for an insurance agency before joining the firm in 2006. Her areas of professional interest include corporate, partnership, farm, individual and payroll tax preparation as well as bookkeeping services and payroll.
Dan Vandendriessche CPA
A graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, Dan has been in public accounting since 1981 when he joined the firm. His areas of professional interest include personal, partnership, corporate and farm tax preparation.
Austin Vandendriessche
A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Austin joined the firm in 2016. His area of professional interest includes tax preparation.

Olson
A graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, Ben joined the firm in 2023. His areas of professional interest include auditing, accounting services, and tax preparation. His plan is to study for the CPA exam in the near future.
Lori Jolstad
A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Lori began her career in the private accounting sector before she joined the firm in 2023 as a Staff Accountant. Her areas of professional interest include auditing and tax preparation.

Jacqueline Gossen
Currently a senior at Southwest Minnesota State University, Jacqueline joined the firm in 2022 as an Intern. She is a member of the SMSU Golf team and is majoring in both Accounting and Finance with interests in all areas including audit and tax.

Currently a senior at Southwest Minnesota State University, Valerie joined the firm in 2023 as an Intern. She is involved in SMSU Enactus team and is majoring in both Accounting and Finance with interests in all areas of public accounting.

A graduate of the Accounting program at Minnesota West Community and Technical College in Canby, Larry joined the firm in 2021. His area of professional interest includes farm taxes.

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Karen joined the firm in 2020. She is the Office Administrator for the firm.

A graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Kassi joined the firm in 2022. Kassi’s roles include receptionist duties for our Marshall office, as well as being responsible for the firm’s social media marketing.
Jean Schueller
A graduate of the clerical program at Alexandria Technical and Community College, Jean has been with the firm since 1979. She is a payroll specialist for H & B Payroll Solutions.
